The web platform and mobile application owned and managed by OEPIA, designed to facilitate interactions between clients, transporters, and drivers, and intended to assist in fulfilling legal obligations in the field of transport services, including compliance with e-Transport legislation.<\/li><li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"561\"><strong data-start=\"563\" data-end=\"578\">e-Transport<\/strong> \u2013 The system implemented by the <strong data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"663\">National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF)<\/strong>, pursuant to <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"696\">GEO no. 41\/2022<\/strong> and its implementing rules, for monitoring the transport of goods with high fiscal risk within Romania.<\/li><li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"561\"><strong data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"832\">Commercial Communication<\/strong> \u2013 Any form of communication intended to directly or indirectly promote the services, image, name, or brand of OEPIA and\/or LoadHub.<\/li><li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"561\"><strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"979\">Content<\/strong> \u2013 All information available on LoadHub that can be viewed or accessed using an internet-enabled device, including information about OEPIA, types of services offered, general industry information, and features intended to assist Users\/Clients and drivers in fulfilling their legal obligations regarding e-Transport.<\/li><li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"561\"><strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1320\">Platform \/ Website<\/strong> \u2013 The websites <strong data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1352\"><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.oepia.ro\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1350\">www.oepia.ro<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a class=\"decorated-link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.loadhub.ro\/\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1373\">www.loadhub.ro<\/a>,<\/strong> the web applications, and the LoadHub mobile application for drivers, together with all their pages and sub-pages, whether public or private.<\/li><li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"561\"><strong data-start=\"1522\" data-end=\"1530\">User<\/strong> \u2013 Any natural or legal person who visits or uses LoadHub (the Platform) in any capacity.<\/li><li
