Money back if it doesn't cut your processing time, within the first month of use.
10 minutes of feedback at the end of the test — by form or over the phone.
How many hours does it take to key 100 line items into SPV by hand?
10 line items? Manageable.
50 line items? It starts to hurt.
573 line items? Nobody should be typing those.
LoadHub turns the documents you already have into UIT codes. Every code goes through a LoadHub validation before it is submitted to ANAF.
300 codes a month × 9 minutes each is 45 hours of typing — more than a full week of work from someone paid purely to move data from one screen to another.
Human error. A mistyped weight or a wrong plate number isn't "a slip" in e-Transport. It's a non-compliant transport and a fine of 20,000–100,000 RON.
Using this feature requires an active LoadHub account on the DECLARE or MAX plan. Testing the feature is free, on credits provided by LoadHub.

Document → UIT Early Access
Yes. 100%. The declaration is validated before it is submitted to e-Transport. Based on it, ANAF returns the UIT code.
The only thing that changes is how the declaration gets filled in: read from your document instead of typed by a person.
You see every field before anything is transmitted. Nothing reaches ANAF without your confirmation.
You are notified when there are fields the system isn't certain about. That way your attention goes where it matters, instead of re-reading all the data.
Early access is for companies generating UIT codes weekly, from documents, in their own LoadHub account — with an ANAF token.
The on-demand service is for one-off codes, or if you don't have an ANAF token: our team generates it for you in 30 minutes.
You can upload invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, customs documents and CMRs.
Documents can be PDF or image format, including screenshots.
The digital signature token is needed once, when setting up the LoadHub account.
Your documents are processed to build your e-Transport declaration. They are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically by the system. Everything happens in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
The document-to-UIT feature can be tested at any time, at any hour, from any device, as long as it is connected to the internet.
You will be contacted by phone within 30 minutes, to validate your registration.
To test, you need an active Declarant account on LoadHub. If you don't have one, creating it takes 5 minutes. You can start testing automatic UIT code generation from documents at any time.
