This Privacy Policy explains how OEPIA collects, processes, and protects your personal data when you use the www.loadhub.ro website, the web platform, and the LoadHub mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”). It also provides information about the types of data we collect, how we process it, and the purposes of such processing, including for compliance with e-Transport legislation.
OEPIA processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, and in particular, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”).

We collect and process personal data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, for the specific purpose for which you have been informed and/or have given your consent, and to fulfill legal obligations, including those arising from e-Transport legislation, where applicable.

Platform / LoadHub – The www.loadhub.ro website, the web application, and the LoadHub mobile application, dedicated to providing transport, logistics, and e-Transport compliance services.

The personal data we collect may vary depending on the purpose of processing and the service provided, including for fulfilling e-Transport requirements. Generally, we collect the following directly from you:
Contact Details: Last name, first name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, and information about the company you represent.
Platform Activity Data: Pages visited, date of access, IP address, and geolocation data when using the LoadHub mobile app (if you have consented), for the purpose of facilitating and/or fulfilling e-Transport obligations.
Other Data: Any additional information you voluntarily provide via contact forms, registration, or correspondence with us (e.g., data required to carry out transports, including for obtaining the UIT e-Transport code).
4. The Purposes for Which We Collect Personal Data
OEPIA collects your personal data for the following purposes:

6.3. Right to Erasure (Right to Be Forgotten)
You may request the deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw your consent (if no other legal basis exists), when the data is no longer needed for direct marketing, when it has been processed unlawfully, or when deletion is required to comply with applicable law.

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if you believe it is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected or if it has been processed unlawfully, but you do not wish for it to be deleted.
