The ANAF digital signature token is integrated only once, during account configuration, and remains connected automatically 24/7. Send and receive data from the SPV portal automatically.

Automatic synchronization with the ANAF SPV portal allows LoadHub to retrieve UIT codes generated on your companyțs name. All SPV codes automatically appear in LoadHub for centralized management.

Direct API connection with existing GPS providers. Vehicles are automatically synchronized in LoadHub, and UIT codes are assigned to them automatically.

The system allows multiple UIT codes from the same vehicle to be grouped into a single LoadPin. This feature is especially useful for: simultaneously changing the vehicle number across multiple UIT codes and to quickly transmit multiple codes to the vehicle, driver, or carrier.

If the transport is carried out by a Carrier (Transport Operator), they cannot download the UIT code from SPV, but they can enter it manually for GPS monitoring purposes.

In the event of transshipment or a trailer change, the vehicle number can be updated across multiple UIT codes simultaneously. All affected UIT codes are quickly grouped into a LoadPin.

The vehicle number is updated once, and the change is automatically applied to all associated UIT codes.

Operation completed in 30 seconds instead of 10 minutes manually.

The LoadHub Driver mobile app is free to download on drivers’ phones. Driver accounts are created via the web platform, and UIT codes are delivered directly to drivers’ devices. GPS tracking is automatically enabled and disabled, with the option to manually confirm loading and unloading as an additional safety measure.

Dedicated feature for distributing UIT codes to company drivers and vehicles. Drivers automatically receive all active UIT codes assigned to the vehicle they are driving directly in the LoadHub Driver mobile app on their phones.

Foreign drivers install the mobile app and the GPS monitoring starts automatically upon entering Romania.

How it works

The TRANSPORTER+ subscription can be used by transport companies:

Which plan suits you best?

In a tripartite collaboration — Declarant → Forwarding Company → Carrier: the Transport Organizer is the company declared in the UIT code, while the Transport Operator is the Carrier

TRANSPORT ORGANISER

The Transport Organizer is the “declared carrier” in the UIT code, serving as the link between the shipper (declarant) and the transport operator. Its primary obligation is to update the vehicle number in the UIT code whenever there is a change or a transshipment of goods.

The Transport Organizer does not have a direct obligation to transmit GPS data — unless it performs the transport using its own vehicles. In that case, it also assumes the role of Road Transport Operator and becomes subject to the applicable sanctions.

TRANSPORT OPERATOR

 This entity is the “actual carrier”, defined as the company that owns the vehicle and performs the actual transport of the goods declared in the UIT code.

Its main obligation is to ensure the automatic transmission of GPS positioning data for the entire duration of the transport, from loading to unloading.

In the event of missing or incomplete GPS monitoring, the road transport operator (actual carrier) bears the primary responsibility and is subject to the applicable sanctions.

TRANSPORT ORGANISER

The Transport Organizer is the “declared carrier” in the UIT code, serving as the link between the shipper (declarant) and the transport operator.
