Which types of companies can use the LoadHub platform?
The LoadHub platform can be used by any company involved in the transport of goods subject to the RO e‑Transport system, regardless of their role in the logistics chain.
LoadHub is suitable for:
Declarants (importer, exporter, beneficiary, supplier, or depositary)
Transporters with their own fleet
Forwarding companies, with or without a fleet
Carriers who perform the transport operations
Companies engaged in national or international transport monitored through the RO e‑Transport system
How can I start using the LoadHub platform if I am a Transporter?
If you are a Transporter, you can start using LoadHub by following these steps:
Create a company account on the LoadHub platform.
Choose one of the available subscriptions: Transporter or Transporter+.
Connect your ANAF token at first login.
Retrieve the UIT codes in which your company is declared as a Transporter from SPV, or enter them manually if your company is not listed in the code.
Connect your GPS provider or use the LoadHub Driver mobile app for monitoring.
Create user and driver accounts.
📱 Driver experience
Your driver installs the LoadHub mobile app for FREE on their phone, automatically receives UIT codes or LoadPins, and starts or stops GPS monitoring according to the route. Drivers can upload the CMR and complete the transport directly from the app.
LoadHub supports you in meeting the legal requirement for GPS transport monitoring, without generating or modifying UIT codes on your behalf.
How can I start using the LoadHub app if I am a Declarant?

If you have the role of Declarant (UIT Reporting Entity), you can use LoadHub as follows:
Create a company account on the platform.
Choose one of the subscriptions: Declarant or Declarant+ (if you also transport with your own fleet).
Connect your ANAF token at first login.
Retrieve the UIT codes from the SPV (created in other accounting software) or generate them using one of the three available methods in LoadHub.
Collaborate with Transporters and Carriers involved in the transport who are also using LoadHub.
Create accounts for Romanian or foreign subcontracted drivers to help them comply with ANAF monitoring, while being able to view the location of the goods on the map.
Modify, confirm, or manage the UIT codes as needed.
If you have your own fleet, the Declarant+ subscription allows you to connect your GPS provider and monitor the location of goods for ANAF, all from the same account.
