LoadHub is now an official Wialon partner — and this is just stage one

We have some news we’re proud to share: LoadHub is now an official partner of Wialon, listed in the Integration category of the Wialon Marketplace.

Wialon is one of the world’s leading fleet management and telematics platforms, used by transport companies across Europe and beyond. For the thousands of carriers that already run their fleets on Wialon and operate on Romanian territory, this partnership has a very practical meaning: RO e-Transport compliance without changing anything in your existing setup.

What this means for Wialon users

Since January 1, 2026, Romanian legislation requires carriers to transmit GPS coordinates to ANAF for every transport monitored through the RO e-Transport system. Non-compliance can cost up to €10,000 per transport — and the responsibility sits with the carrier operating the vehicle on Romanian territory.

Through our direct integration with Wialon, LoadHub automates the entire process:

• Vehicle positions are retrieved automatically from your existing Wialon account — no new hardware, no provider switch, no manual work
• Once a UIT code is received, LoadHub activates monitoring, transmits GPS coordinates to ANAF in the official format, and closes the route when the vehicle exits Romania
• Dispatchers get full visibility over transports and UIT code status from a single platform
